Overview of work: The Program Manager shall be responsible for ensuring conformity to contractual obligations, establishing and maintaining master plans and schedules. The Program Manager shall oversee/perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations in all functional areas outlined in the SOW.
Hiring Timeframe: Immediate
Work Location: This position is onsite 5 days/week in Rockville, MD. Seventh Sense will support your commute by contributing over $1,500 annually to your Transportation FSA.
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager shall provide subject matter or functional area expertise for management tasks in addition to fulfilling management responsibilities. Direct, plan, organize, control, and manage the project to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled in an efficient and timely manner. Supervise project leaders, consultants and analysts; and brings knowledge, coordination, and expertise to all projects. Serves as the primary liaison to the Government.
- Provide overall direction and guidance for all aspects of the program
- Coordinate, integrate, lead and directly control the efforts associated with the program
- Apply a high degree of managerial and technical knowledge as well as a thorough knowledge of functional activities required for effective management of the program
- Analyze situations to recognize the resulting impact in terms of schedule, costs and risks involved and recommending the trade offs to consider to mitigate the impacts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through Project Management Institute prior to the award of this PWS. Certification number required.
• A minimum of 10 years project management experience.
• A minimum of 3 years managing. - Preferred: Familiarity with GWACs
- Preferred: Experience using Salesforce
- Preferred: Federal contract specialist or contracting officer experience

Salary Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 per year. This range reflects factors such as geographic location, skills, experience, training, certifications, contract-specific affordability, and organizational needs.
