Overview:

The technical writer provides support reading and analyzing highly technical materials and creating reports, presentations, and other program-related documentation related to that technical information.  This may be specifications, drawings, user manuals, templates, standard operating procedures, presentations, reports, or training documents.
 
Required Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree
• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Must be U.S citizen
• Exceptionally strong written and strong verbal communication skills
• Focus on customer service and responsiveness with sound customer handling skills

Desired Qualifications:
 

• BS/BA related to Journalism, Communication, Marketing, English, or a related field
