Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive communication strategies and resources to convey business intelligence insights to stakeholders.

The right candidate for this role will thrive in a team environment, possess excellent communication skills (both oral & written), have strong interpersonal and consulting skills, and understand the business intelligence/data analytics domain.
 

Work Location: Washington DC (Hybrid) This position offers a hybrid schedule – you’ll work 2-3 days per week on-site in Washington DC as requested by the client, and Seventh Sense will support your commute by contributing over $1,500 annually to your Transportation FSA. Responsibilities:

  • Key focus areas are Communications Management, Marketing, Stakeholder Engagement and Management, (Technical and Non-Technical) Content Review, Editing, and Content Development, and Administrative Support
  • Develop and execute communications strategy for various program initiatives, including communications approach, communication plans tailored to the client needs, communication channels (websites, articles, blogs, meetings, webinars, and presentations) and tools.
  • Effectively engage stakeholders and facilitate seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Review, edit, create, and deliver (Technical and Non-Technical) engaging and informative content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers, etc.) as requested.  
  • Contribute towards enhancement of knowledge management Intranet/SharePoint sites as requested to ensure efficient information sharing, organization, and retrieval.
  • Implement communication channels and utilize tools (e.g., email newsletters using Outlook, support webinars, manage Microsoft Teams channels, and SharePoint content development/maintenance support) to disseminate information, announcements, and updates.
  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of agency policies, principles, and strategies, and keep current with relevant developments.
  • Provide support for coordinating summits, workgroups, meetings, and plan events as requested.
  • Adhere to style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy.
  • Collaborate with key internal role-players to brainstorm ideas, in line with the strategy and in support of various initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular virtual or in-person meetings to encourage cross-functional collaboration and information exchange. Build and maintain relationships with internal and key external customers.
  • Manage the social media accounts and develop a content calendar for regular posts and updates. Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and clients to gather testimonials, success stories, and other relevant content.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback received through various communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • May provide training and support to branch members on how to effectively use the website.
  • Support and adhere to work product and deliverables quality control activities
  • Engage in work planning activities with the Project team, and provide status reports as requested    


Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • Coursework, certification, or prior experience in data analytics, business intelligence or information systems is preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in similar role
  • Candidates with Active Public Trust clearance preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills required, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Federal consulting experience including experience working in a matrix environment, proficiency in client engagement, stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent Organization and Time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
